clubhouse rental policy

The following conditions and policies exist for rental of the Carmel Lions clubhouse, located at 141 East Main Street.

o     Clubhouse rental is $200 with a $100 deposit.

--  At the time the rental agreement is contracted, two checks should be made out to the Carmel Lions Club.  One for $100, and the other for $200.  Upon receipt the $200 check will be deposited immediately, whereas the $100 deposit check will be held until the rental event.

o     Clubhouse capacity is 100.

o     The clubhouse has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher available for use.

o     No alcohol and no smoking.  No exceptions!

o     The renting party is responsible for their own napkins, trash bags, utensils, and towels, etc.
