c. Leave Club House and Grounds Neat and Clean. ________
d. Turn OFF ALL LIGHTS & Lock All Windows and Doors. ________
e. Return Keys to Club House Representative within 24 Hours. ________
6. Report ANY
& ALL Club House Problems to the Lions Club Representative. __________
7. User IS RESPONSIBLE for ALL DAMAGES, if any, Incurred During the
Rental.
