Clubhouse rental policy

The following conditions and policies exist for rental of the Carmel Lions clubhouse: 
          141 East Main Street  (P.O. Box 1021)   Carmel, IN  46082-1021.

  • Clubhouse rental is $300 with a $300 deposit.
    At the time the rental agreement is contracted, two checks should be made out to the Carmel Lions Club, both for $300.  Upon receipt the $300 rental check will be cashed immediately, whereas the $300 deposit check will be held until the rental event.
     

  •  Clubhouse capacity is 100.
     

  • The clubhouse has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher available for use.
     

  • No alcohol and no smoking.  No exceptions!
     

  • The renting party is responsible for their own napkins, trash bags, utensils, and towels, etc.

 


To Rent the clubhouse:  print and complete Rental Agreement, then email Mail to 3rd VP or
call 317-517-0305 to schedule review of clubhouse rental by the Carmel Lions Board of Directors.
